Start with a diagnostic.
Thirty minutes with the person who would build it. We look at what your company already produces and tell you what we would build from it, or that we would not. Free for now.
What the diagnostic covers.
What you produce
Every order, job, call and message the company creates while doing its work, and which of it is being thrown away.
What it is worth
What it would change about how the work gets done, and what you could charge for that.
What it takes to build
What we would build first, and what it gives you that a competitor cannot copy.
You leave with a recommendation.
Every company now has access to the same AI, and almost none have anything of their own to point it at. The diagnostic finds what yours is already producing. Sometimes the recommendation is to build nothing yet, and we say so.
Built for companies that serve many customers.
Each card is what that kind of company is already producing, and the first thing we would usually build from it.
Agencies
Every piece of work is a test result. Almost none of it is kept.
one label set across every client's output
Accountancy, law and professional services
What the best fee-earner knows lives in their head.
time and matters captured where the work happens
Coaching and info
Every call and every student outcome, and nobody kept the record.
calls, objections and results on one record
Ecommerce and DTC
Fifty thousand orders a month, and the revenue line is all that is kept.
orders, returns and reorders per customer
SaaS
Every account leaves a daily trail. It stays in the product database.
usage, support and billing per account
Logistics and distribution
Margin per lane is invisible until it is too late.
consignments, exceptions and cost on one record
Representative, not client results.
How an engagement works.
Scoped per engagement, on the size of the company and what needs building.
Diagnostic
Thirty minutes. What you produce, and what we would build from it.
Build
A fixed scope and price for the first system, agreed before any work starts.
Retainer
We stay embedded. The system is maintained and keeps improving.
Who it is for. Companies from about $2M in revenue with more than a handful of staff. Below that, a bespoke build is a bigger commitment than it should be, and we will say so on the call.
Who owns what. Semitro owns the software. You own your data, outright. The moat is the data, not the code, the same way a platform owns the platform and each store owns its store. We say this at the start of every engagement so nobody assumes they are buying exclusive code.
A second way to work with us. Selectively, we will take a reduced or no upfront fee in exchange for a share of what the software earns. The upside is longer-term and the cash is slower, so we only do it where the case is clear.
